I was all ready to mow. Had the yard all picked up. The tank is full. Aired up the flat tire. Turned the key on. Pulled out the choke. Put the gas all the way up. Got the screw driver and touched both the bolts together. And nothin'. Nothin'! Shoot! Why does this happen to me? I was all ready. I wanted to mow. I needed to mow. I am mad now! Just plain ole mad! I hate our stuff. Nothing works when I want it to. Phooey! I need to kick something right now. But I'll probably break a toe or something.

Hubby will be on vacation starting tomorrow. He can fix the darn piece of metal. I hope. He'll need things to do. I will make a list. That'll help make me feel better.

lol, I understand your lawnmower frustrations! my hubby finally had some time off last weekend to fix mine, it had been broke down for 2 weeks and the grass in my yard is literally up to my knees-now I have lots of compost/mulch for my garden! nothing like a lawnmower to make ya see red huh~

Ya'll are jsut too funny! Teresa, that would be cheaper to do than have to go to the ER for sure. I have a bunch of coffee cups and I don't drink coffee anymore. I should use them and I'll have more space in the cabinet too. Hubby has his 2 favorite mugs. I'll save them.

Well, I went out and tried the ole mower and it cranked up. I got the whole yard mowed plus the chicken yard. It acted like the belp is slipping. And the blades need sharpened. So he'll still have some work to do on it. But I am so glad it started.

Thanks for the laughs ya'll. I needed that.

When I make a thrift store run, I always pick up all those ugly, heavy, "coffee shop style" mugs, I can pick them up for a few cents each, and when I get mad at , lets say a lawnmower that won't start, I smash one, two maybe six of them ugly old mugs. Makes me feel much better, and I hav'nt broke anything that I will be sorry for, and I havn't kicked anything and broke a toe, so, any who, its an idea, lol...
