Just wanted to share that Mother Earth News, Oct/Nov 2010 issue has a recipe for green tomato relish. I may try it. I need to pick the last of the green tomatoes before we get our first frost here.

A friend of mine found a recipe online for green tomato salsa-he brought some in for me and its yummy!

Sounds yummy! I'm going to look it up--our first frost is due tonight. I hope there isn't any truth to the old wives tales that the date of the first frost predicts the number of snows....yikes!
