What fun! and informative! Now I want to go to Wethersfield CT to the bicentennial "Seed Circus". It is June 5. Anyone want to go?? Belle

I kept my seed catalogs from last year to look over on cold days. Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting them in a fruit salad! Farmgirl #680!

I was sneeky and ordered catalogs for my SIL this year. Last year was her first garden and she is already talking about expanding. Didn't want to risk loosing my seed catalogs to her. When I was at the Baker Creek website a few days ago they said they were getting ready to ship their catalog in December. Lillian

While on vacation several years ago, we visited Johnny's trial gardens in Albia (?) Maine. They took the time to show us around the many acres of gardens and let us pick flowers and tomatoes. All the field workers were so interesting to talk too. I always make a point to place a big order with them. They have a beautiful catalog and lots of organic seeds. Belle
