I turned an old pallet into my onion curing station! I normally would bring them inside and cure them on some cookie cooling racks lol! But I was tired of the large mess it created inside. I took some extra wood I had lying around, made them the same size, and added them as legs onto the bottom of the pallet! I am very pleased with how easy it was and how perfect this will work for years to come!

My littlest guy has loved helping me harvest the onions when they are ready and putting them on the rack. He asks me everyday if there are anymore he can grab!

Krista, what a creative idea! I am going to try onions again next season. One of those racks would be great! Thanks for sharing such a reusing and mess abating project!
