Well, if you have, you know she has a bit of a quandry on her hands... What to do with a pomegranate?
So I figured I would post some links here below! If you have any great recipes or ideas- please share them!
My favorite way to eat a pomegranate is to cut it and harvest the seeds. They look like little rubies hidden inside that leathery skin. I love popping them into my mouth one at a time and popping that little juicy ruby between my teeth. Then of course I have to spit the seed out. But that little taste of juice- yum! A perfect little sip, like nature's own sweet wine. Yum.

Posted - Dec 17 2007 : 09:01:05 AM Sprinkle the seeds over a lemon bread pudding. YUM!! Or, whir the seeds in your food processor, strain the juice and make sparkly holiday drinks with- are you ready?- diet 7-up. Safe for the kiddies. Add a lemon slice if you want. Give the pulp to the birds for a tasty treat. Or, use the juice to make jelly. Or, use the seeds to make a sauce for pork. Or, eat them whole and spit the seeds out at your hubby. hahahahaha. Just kidding. Or, sprinkle them on vanilla ice cream. Or, smush them on toast with butter. I'm sure that there are a ton more ideas out there. C'mon girls!!
