Posted - Apr 06 2008 : 08:02:23 AM I wanted to be an airline stewardess! Then I wanted to be a famous actress. Now I want to be what I am...a Personal Assistant with a little business on the side. Cool, huh?

Posted - Apr 03 2008 : 2:19:07 PM I was never sure what I wanted to do. I just knew I wouldn't be a teacher. I have always known that I wouldn't have the patience for teaching. They don't pay them enough!!!!
I like what I do now, it is glorified customer service, it pays well, I get to help people, and most importantly, I have my regular customers and I love them dearly.

Posted - Apr 03 2008 : 11:16:21 AM My best friend in high school and I wanted to be stewardesses together, travel the world and have fun. Until we were told that we were too short. Then I wanted to be a jockey but I was too big for that! Later on, I wanted to be a cop but was told I was too blind. So, now I'm a court clerk. Go figure.

Posted - Apr 03 2008 : 07:27:45 AM An equine surgeon! Oh, that was (possibly IS) the job I would do anything for. I can stand all the blood and such, but pull out a needle and my knees get weak and my stomach churns.
So unless I someday conquer my fear of needles, being a vet will remain a dream. But it's a nice dream!

Posted - Apr 03 2008 : 06:53:19 AM I always wanted to be the female version of Norman Rockwell! I loved his paintings and how they captured stories. I spent countless hours drawing, painting, etc. I have since come to realize while I love doing art, I do not want to be him. While he was so busy capturing "the heart of America" on canvas, he was a terrible husband and father who spent little or no time with them and apparently had a terrible temper. So I guess I wouldn't want what he had if it meant compromising my family for it. But I still love to paint and maybe someday will take it further than I have.
Hugs & blessings,
Brenda

Posted - Apr 03 2008 : 06:44:58 AM Oh good lord- the gypsy soul in me STILL wants to do everything but I fantasized about being a the next Katharine Hepburn, some sort of creative artist (I was a hairstylist, so that helped), I wanted to do something near the beach ( I did work in an awesome restaraunt near the ocean), a nurse (I can't deal with blood..: ( ) and I still want to try just about anything.
I don't wanna grow up!!!

Posted - Apr 02 2008 : 10:02:01 PM Well, I wanted to be an artist..whether it be performing or fine arts...and for the most part, I am. I also wanted to work with animals...hey! I'm doing that too. So, do you think it will work if I mention that I want to be a millionaire? Granted, it's not quite a career, but still :D
