Posted - Apr 26 2008 : 08:21:02 AM We have had terrible flooding around here. Our road was flooded on both sides of us. We managed to make it out yesterday evening, barely. The current was pushing us toward the worst part, so we are lucky we didn't end up swimming. We just got back this morning- most of the water on the road is gone. All my animals are all right, so I feel very blessed. Our woodpile is scattered all over. It's a big mess! I'll post pictures later- right now I need some sleep!
