Posted - Nov 01 2005 : 6:35:38 PM The majority of gifts I buy. But I try to find something that I can bake to give away. This year I'm going to make pound cakes. Haven't tried the recipe yet so who know...may change my mind, LOL.

Posted - Nov 01 2005 : 6:00:50 PM I try real hard to make most of the gifts I give. I do better with the women for some reason. Last year I made alot of dolls for the kids too..the boys (mine and nephews) got boy dolls. I am working on this year's stuff already. Neighbors get cheeseballs every Christmas eve. The kids love when we go out to deliver them and they get to run them to the doors.

Posted - Nov 01 2005 : 2:16:48 PM I usually try to make a lot of my gifts. I love to stitch (cross and primitive) and bake, so those are usually what everyone gets! I love to receive homemade gifts as well. I love the thought that goes into them! |

Posted - Nov 01 2005 : 2:07:09 PM I have always made a few and bought a few but this will be the first year I make everything... I am getting tired just thinking about it :)
you can be oh so smart, or you can be oh so positive. I wasted a lot of time being smart I prefer being positive. |
