I just heard that Dick Clark died from a massive heart attack. He was 82.

so very sad......what a full life this gentle man had.....loved Bandstand.....and 20,000 dollar pyramid....and New Year's Eve with him.

He certainly left a legacy to be proud of! My mom watched him on Bandstand and so did I! New Years Eve will sure seem different this year...

I thought he was older than 82. We use to joke around that he would never die. He was the world's oldest teenager.

I agree- used to watch him on American Bandstand all the time- he was one of a kind and certainly seemd like a very nice man. He will be missed indeed!
