Today's the day to turn out and support your local independent record store. Any vinyl lovers out there go to this in your town?

We went to our two favorite record shops today, the Bop Shop and Record Archive. Didn't buy a whole lot this year, just a few things (Kate Bush, Gang of Four, King Crimson, and Kansas). It's still a lot of fun to see everybody out at the stores and all the special sales and activities.

Wish we had the independent stores here like we used to. Still have some in Iowa City, but I dont get there often. Love everything about vinyl!

Thanks for the information. I have lots of old vinyl albums and records I still love to listen to.
