For my birthday, and for Mother's day, my 20 yo son (the artist), gave me a pencil drawing of me holding him as a baby (2 months old). My hair-do is hilarious! Here is the original photo, and the drawing he gave me (not all of it fit on the scanner).

and the gift from my son, and I can't wait to frame it.

Kristina,

what a wonderful present and a tremendous gift! Ryan is so talented. You must be so proud. I would so treasure such a drawing. I know you do, too. I hope he can use such a talent to support himself. He must enjoy being able to make such beautiful things.

Ryan has been drawing since he could hold a pencil...very young. The day care helper (I worked full time back then) encouraged it, and I am so glad she did.

Thank you again for all your wonderful comments.

Kristina,

What a beautiful gift from the heart. Certainly a gift to be treasured
for many, many, many years to come. How sweet of your son to make
this for you. He is very talented. I cannot draw a straight line with
a ruler. LOL!

Blessings!
