I am trying to decide if I am putting it on my "to do" list of places to visit within my state. The website looks good, but I wonder if the cheese is any good. They are over 3 hours from where I live so if I am making that drive, it needs to be worth my time/gas...

Being a retired dairy goat farmer and cheese maker, I am sort of picky about my cheese almost a cheese snob if there is one! LOL!
