Posted - Aug 02 2012 : 05:55:16 AM I have been following SUSAN BRANCH'S trip to England, so many nice pictures she has posted. Anyway she toured the home of Beatrix and that reminded me of a few of the Beatrix potter things I have. I put the book on my table to re-read, its been awhile since I looked at it. Still pretty warm here for the North end of the states. high 80's. I really need to get up in the attic and make some since of it, if thats possible. I think I will get rid of a lot of the stuff. I seem to be on a down sizing trend. Do you know I haven't been to the thrift store in more then two months? Very Strange!

Posted - Aug 02 2012 : 07:35:29 AM So so precious. I love anything Beatrix Potter. Jemima Puddle-Duck is one of my favorite characters. I have so many of ber books and I have a lovely Peter Rabbit ceramic egg shaped planter that was given to me full of flowers. Of course the flowers died, but I got to keep the planter and still have it.

Posted - Aug 02 2012 : 06:15:19 AM I have a Beatrice Potter child's plate and a Bunnykins cup that I treasure plus her Cookbook. A visit to her home in England is on my "bucket list" but alas, I think my bucket has a hole in it. I doubt I'll ever make it across the pond.
