This morning I was looking at August and, much to my delight, saw some special days for celebrations of some of my very favorite farmgirl things! - FRIDAY, AUGUST 10th -"National S'Mores Day" - - WooHoo! - SATURDAY, AUGUST 11th -"National Garage Sale Day" - - check 'em out . . - WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 15th -"Best Friend Day" - Yay! (see pic of my best friend below) - FRIDAY, AUGUST 17th -"National Thrift Shop Day" - goin' shopping! TODAY!!!! And that's just the first part of the month! There are other fun things noted for later in August. I'm looking forward to celebrating!!! Just for fun! Unfortunately, its raining cats and dogs here today, so no outside campfire smores for us . Supposed to rain tomorrow too, but I am sure I will make up for it with yard sales as soon as it clears up! As for thrifting- ha- I do that practically on a daily basis! I will be sure and give my girlfriends a shout on Wednesday too! Thanks for keeping us up to speed as always! We LOVE homemade "marshies" made by our own "calicogirl", MJF chocolate and good grahams. They are soooooo yummy! Gooey! Dee-lish-ous!!!!
