Phyliss Diller died today, she was 95.
I did not know that she was a trained classical pianist.

Sad to see Phyllis go, but yes a good long life. That just don't make comedians like they used to.

She was really funny and could laugh at herself which is what I loved about her. My father was a symphony conductor and knew her because of her beautiful talent at the piano. She did a guest appearance once at one of his concerts. She was a lovely lady and Will be misssed.

I saw that yesterday and felt sad. Remember watching her with my parents and grandparents. 95 is a good, long life...bless her heart.

Yes i remember her she was so funny . That's why she lived such a long life. She was not a serious stressed out person . She was full of laughter and humor. Which makes a happy person.

Yes, she was a very funny comedian, one that we could laugh with. She came out with some good ones. They say she died with a smile on her face. I am sure she is keeping everyone in stitches up there in heaven.

Me, too, Heather. I remember once on an interview she said that she had had so many face lifts that she didn't think God would recognize her.
She was funny, and that laugh.

Awe that is so sad, she was neat. I also really like Elaine Stritch.....but ole Phyllis was awesome! I used to look forward to seeing her on TV when I was growing up.

Another legend gone. All the good ones are aging and leaving us. She had a fullfilling life.
