Posted - Nov 13 2012 : 9:41:04 PM I just received my new 2013 Mary Janes Farm Calendar and, as in past years, it is a "class act"!
My daughter and I have used MJF calendars for the past few years and just love them. They have BEAUTIFUL photographs, wonderful graphics and are just loaded with all kinds of fun days to remember.
Every imaginable holiday is on the calendar, some of which I'd never heard of before. But, there are also "special" Farmgirl days such as: - wear cowgirl boots today - wear pajamas to work day - wear your cutest apron day - help out a neighbor day - thank a chicken day
and, many, many others! It is just the most fun and the best! You can find them at Mary Janes Farm store!!!
Gonna enjoy mine! CJ

Posted - Nov 15 2012 : 06:29:31 AM I guess I'll have to watch for your posts. I can't even afford to renew my magazine. Our income is reduced again, and with recent repairs, and upcoming Christmas....you get the picture. I was lucky to have started shopping early this year, and have a few items already, but the other stuff has to wait.

Posted - Nov 14 2012 : 06:40:09 AM One "holiday" I recently had fun with was "National Chicken Lady Day" on November 4th. I buy eggs from one of my friends who is also a neighbor so I called her and wished her a happy day that day. We had lots of fun with that and laughed about it. She asked me what ones does to celebrate National Chicken Lady Day . . . hmmmmm
My daughter, who lives almost 400 miles away, and I remind each other of many of the special days asking each other how we're going to observe or celebrate them.
Thank you Mary Jane for helping provide some true, blue farmgirl fun to our daily routines! CJ
