I was just reading on a couple of the forums and thought I would share this with you.

Do you have a quilt or old linens that have a musty smell to them? I use about a cup of regular old vinegar in the wash water in the washing machine and it takes it right out. I've purchased a few items through the years that did not smell so good and it works!!!!

Hugs, Mary

I do that with my quilts, and you are so right. I usually put the quilt through two rinses.
