Posted - Feb 28 2007 : 11:00:37 AM Here we go again, just when I think it'll slow down some. It's not so bad both are mostly part time but riding horses is expensive & I don't want to take it out of our house money & I want my own saddle eventually. Everything I like is always so darn expensive, even my swimming. I did put that on the back burner for now though. My daughter & I will go to the beach & swim in the ocean then next fall I'll join the swim club for my competitive swimming BUT NOW is for riding!! Even if it takes 3 jobs!

Posted - Feb 28 2007 : 11:35:20 AM I agree-- I always pick up an extra job when there's something I want--vacation, house stuff, whatever. I'm adding to our budget instead of taking away, and I get what I want.
Total Win Win and if it's for what you love, go for it!
Just think of all of the roads there are...all of the things I haven't seen....yet. |
