Doing the sinus crud thing this week, nothing major just feel yucko. So after work I was hurryin' home to do some serious cleaning. Got a little behind and we're have all sorts of company tomorrow.
But I stopped at a cute little shop on the way home. I came home with :
A black peg shelf
an old (antique?) quilt
a bag of fabric scraps
lace
a blue patch work quilt top (table size)
3 ceramic eggs
a glass hen bowl,
a hankie
a currier and ives tin waste can
a 1911 ed. of Little Women
an old cookbook entitled Tried Receipts
a shamrock door hanging
Whew!!! THEN
When I got home my box of fabric I bartered w/ArmyWifey for was here!!
I think it's just what the DR ordered!
Now I better go dust!

WOW!!!! What a haul, Bonnie. I am so happy for you; hope you put pics on your blog and let us know so we can admire all your pretties!! We leave France on the 21st and DON'T YOU KNOW IT, our town is having a BIG flea market the weekend AFTER we leave!! Ah, well, I think another one happens in September, so I will have to be patient..... in the meantime, thanks for the inspiration!! Nance |

Ohhhh what a fun shopping day you had! I'm over due myself. Tomorrow is my trip to the Amish community to pick up my milk, so I'm looking forward to that.
And maybe stop by the yarn shop, time to make a pair of socks.

Wow, maybe I need that prescribtion!! What a good haul, I think you, Marybeth and Nancy Jo should start a thrifty blog to show off all your finds! I love what barefootgoatgirl said about thrifting is cheaper than prozac, and much better for you too!!!

MY goodness Bonnie!!, you and Mary Beth have made me very proud with all this thrifting. I didn't go today and now I wish I had. I bet all this excitement has been a big boost for your immune system.
