Posted - Mar 12 2007 : 11:53:57 AM Those look like great deals! I too love the glaze on the big terra cotta pots! I stopped by our local goodwill today and was a bit disappointed with what they have- but hopefully this summer will bring lots of great garage sales in the area. :)

Posted - Mar 11 2007 : 09:17:41 AM Hello all -- Yes, Aunt George, the pots are glazed -- too cool, eh? From France. The little painted green and white flower pots are old 50s I think -- they are stamped with the price 10 in a circle -- remember how the price would be stamped on in blue ink? They were marked $1 each, but the woman behind the desk said, Oh, I'll just charge you $1 for all of these (7 pots). Oh, OK with me!
I'll post my BEST find later. It took my breath away! KL |
