Whew what a day I had. My nanny goat is trying to kid, possibly Trying to keep an eye on her.
First I got a call from school. My 13 year old had injured his shoulder in P.E. I had to pick him up, he was in a lot of pain. Thank God it wasn't broken!!!
Then I went to Walmart to get his pain medication filled. I had to show drivers license. She wouldn't accept it because (I had NO CLUE)it was expired since June 22, 2006!!!!!!! So, I had to find someone who could get his medication for me.
Then I brought him home and headed back out to town to get my license renewed. I got there and some little old woman almost hit me. Then she come back around the parking lot and hit a brand new pickup!!! And of course, I was the only witness, grrr. So we waited for police officer to come and take report. I finally make it in and get a number, it's number 53. I sit down and I hear them call "19", "number 19 please." I was there allllll dayyyyyyy!!!
My sister's brother-in-law was found in bed yesterday by his wife, he had passed away.
My sister and my dad had to go give blood for her 8 month old because he has to have surgery and they said due to type of surgery they usually half to give them at least 2 units of blood.
They was messing with my sister and forgot about dad and took a unit and a half from him, and he passed out. My sister thought he was having a stroke from the way his body was reacting. Very irresponsible of whoever was supposed to be in charge. So, how was your day???

My horrible pie day pales in comparison to your day yesterday! Glad to hear today was a bit better! (Seeing spring bloom does help a bit, doesn't it?)

Thanks sooo much for your prayers and all of your encouragement. Today is a better day, the first sign of spring has bloomed. Little daffodils are popped up everywhere. I'll just have to post a picture on my blog!

It's one of those days that when you get home you just have to crawl back into bed. I'm sorry to hear you had so many trials. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I will keep you in our prayers.

This reminds of the children's book, the horrible no good very bad day. and the country song "the stars are stacked against you girl, get back in bed".

I hope all will soon be on the mend. I too will be praying for everyone.

Nancy, my sweet one is feeling a lot of pain, mostly just when he moves it. He's not a complainer so I knew it was really hurting him. He don't like the medicine coz its making him sleepy so I don't know if I'll get him to take anymore or not. My dad is feeling better, a little weak. And my baby nephew, he's having surgery the 19th. They had to give blood today to get everything processed before surgery. His soft spot grew to fast and they have to take part of it out to give his little brain room to grow. I had never heard of that before. They said his isn't as bad as some they've seen, Thank God. We're trusting the Lord for a quick recovery.
~~Blessings, Mikki
