I absolutely love this time of year when my garden boxes are over flowing with green! And the best part is it only gets fuller! These boxes show my green beans, my Cinderella pumpkins and my Acorn squash. And of course the cows in the background waiting for a snack from the garden!

Debbie, they were amazing! I just found a homestead video on how she prepares her noodle beans and that's what we tried. She just cuts them into one and a half inch pieces and cooks them in butter with salt, pepper, garlic, soy sauce, a tiny bit of rice wine vinegar, and a pinch of brown sugar. She didn't have any measurements, just go off of your preference.
