Posted - Dec 20 2010 : 7:38:21 PM We own a 50.5 acre farm in the "Hart" of Kentucky. We currently raise Katahdin sheep, but usually have wool breeds and goats as well. We have chickens and bee's. We are looking to sell a portion of the farm and build a cedar cabin on 10 acres or so of the 30 acres of woods. There is about 20 acres of pasture, of which 3 lots are fenced. The barn is a large old tobacco barn and there is a small out building that was used as a hen house. We have two ponds and a small 950 sq ft farm house (2/1 plus partial basement). We heat with a wood stove and elect oil heaters and cool with window a/c units. Pictures upon request.

Posted - Jan 15 2011 : 12:21:15 PM We are in process of planning the new cabin, so if anyone would like to buy on land contract, that may be an option as well.
