Posted - Jul 17 2008 : 6:06:56 PM Just want to pipe up and mention that my mum and stepdad hosted a kid (and then later his little sister)from New York City throughout the nineties through the Fresh Air Fund. It was a wonderful experience! DJ had never seen a farm, never been swimming or to a lake, and was just in heaven for the time he was here every summer. Everyone still keeps in touch, and DJ (now 21) was just up here last month to visit.
