Posted - Oct 28 2005 : 7:02:26 PM I wanted to thank everyone for their kind words, thoughts & prayers for Marion, (my now 87 friend) She is in a nursing home/rehab to try to get her back home. I'm not sure that is possible but I trust God and if it is, then it will happen. I feel bad & it breaks my heart to see her like this. She will need oxygen for the rest of her life and she can deal with that. Seeing how control can just slip through ones hands after many years of independence, is so sad & frightning. Very sobering. Please keep her in your thoughts. Thanks, Michele

Posted - Oct 29 2005 : 7:44:27 PM My thoughts and prayers go out to Marion. I agree Michele, to loose your independence would have to be one of the hardest things to indure. |
