I know they can go through some major color changes but "Robin" is very white.

I am pushing for green! My wedding dress was even green.
But we named her Robin thinking we could get blue.
I bet the rosy pinks are stunning.
At 8 weeks in, I'll love any eggs!

I have an EE hen that looks a LOT like your baby there - the markings are almost identical and she lays a beautiful blueish/green egg! :o) Good luck!

I have some auracanas that are dark,some are red, some area white and everything in between. I get eggs from a rosy pink to sky blue to very green. It truly just depends on the hen.
I would be ready for just about anything.
Enjoy. We love all our hens. Ok roosters too!

thank you all for your input and well wishes for our chickens. I had only looked up Easter Eggers on back yard chickens .com and my pet chicken .com and they seemed to be a red/brown color. I am thrilled if this one is going to be more white. That will make for a pretty colorful hen house. Any chance a white EE can pop out a blue or green egg or are they normally lighter coming from lighter birds? Someone said their EE that is more white lays a cream/pink colored egg.
I am so excited to have these in our lives.

wow, I thought I may have a different breed than I asked for. I had no idea they could come in so many different colors. I do remember that their eggs could be a wide variety. That is why we named her Robin, thinking maybe we'll get blue eggs from her. I am pushing for green! Since she is looking very white, could she lay white? I think white or pale pink were even listed as a possibility with EE....is that right?
I don't know what muffs are.
Thanks for the info. I will post a close up of her head later. Or do you need leg area to determine more?

Looks like it to me. Hard to tell from the pic, but her muffs don't look very pronounced, however, her legs do seem to have the bluish cast to them. EEs can come in any color, I think.
I am hatching out about 8 EEs today!

I had a white Americana hen. And all kinds of other colors also. The white one I had was all white though. So yes, she looks like a real one to me. And nice and healthy too.
