I am looking for a good home for a goat that was abandoned in someone's yard when their home was foreclosed on...Symptom of our hard economic times. Anyway my vet asked me to try to place this goat. She is free to a GOOD home and i am willing to transport to the following states: MD, DE, NJ, VA, WVA, or PA. Here is the information on her: Breed unknown, she is completely white, has horns, is waist high on a small woman (me) and is a female approximately 6-7 years and in good health. Please open your heart and if you cannot take her ask around for someone who can. Thanks so much, Sara

Yay! I bet you are relieved and happy. I bet she will be happy too. I'm so glad you found her a nice home with other goats.

Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts. The goat has now found a wonderful forever home and i will be transporting her there on Tuesday morning! She will have lots of goat friends and human love. Thanks again, Sara

If I lived closer I would take her. I will be praying that she finds a really good and loving home with people that love her.
Hugs!

Sara, how good of you to do this for her. She sounds really big. Try Craig's List. I wish I could help with her. But sounds like she's in good hands right now. Good luck in placing her in a good home.

I wish I were closer I would take her!! She sounds like a Saanen but without seeing her can't be positive! Could you put soemthing on Craigslist? Maybe someone would see it there?!?
