I am looking for all-in-one cloth diapers or pocket diapers and an Ergo baby carrier. Willing to barter off a wish list or pay reasonable price. Thanks!!!!!

Swappers on the Twin Cities swap usually pick stuff up from each other's homes, but most people are open to mailing items too. The list is local, but there are many members from a few hours away too.

Good luck with the diapers!

Catherine :)

Elizabeth-

Do you know how to sew? I learned how to sew diapers for my daughter and they turned out great! I didn't make the AIO's because I was worried about rash issues- instead I use diaper wraps from our local natural living store, but you can buy the PUL fabric to put in your diapers to make the AIO. If you want more info, please email me and I can point you along the way!

I checked out the Twin Cities swap and it looks interesting. Is that something that can be done through the mail or does everyone meet to exchange products? I live near Dubuque so not close to the Twin Cities.

Hi Elizabeth!

My friend has an Ergo and loves telling people 1.) how great it is and 2.) that Ergo sells reconditioned (and completely guaranteed) carriers at majorly reduced rates on their web site. I think around $50. Check it out: http://www.ergobabycarrier.com/

p.s. I'm not sure where you are in Iowa, but you may find this useful too. I'm a member of the Twin Cities Natural Family Living Swap list in Minnesota where tons of cloth diapers and slings/carriers are swapped and sold all the time. Might be worth it to check it out! http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TCNatFamLivSwap/
