Are you looking for what is called a "flat fold diaper" just the nice thick cotton diapers that you have to fold? Most places don't sell those anymore as most people have expressed a desire for the pre-folds. I made mine on my sewing machine. I had the people at the fabric counter cut the fabric to size and then I took it home and hemmed it. So far they have worked great. We use diaper wraps to keep the moisture in and Nora has only had a poopy blow-out about twice which is what I would expect with any diaper, including disposables.

Posted - May 29 2007 : 8:16:23 PM I wouldn't recommend the diapers sold in Target or Wal-mart as they are often thin and most parents give up cloth diapers after trying these. What you are looking for are called pre-folds and the highest quality are often called "Diaper Service Quality Chinese Pre-folds". Google that or search eBay and you will run across many listings! |
