Posted - May 14 2008 : 12:08:01 PM I am working on my button merit badge and I am looking for a china button and a rubber button. I have scoured the shops and my old button boxes and can't find any. I am willing to pay for these or barter something. Let me know if you can help me!

Posted - May 14 2008 : 8:41:20 PM Julie, I was just going through an old tin of buttons and lo and behold, I found a rubber button. It's kind of grisly looking, I'll see if I can clean it up a little. E mail me your address and i'll pop them in the mail tomorrow....Karin

Posted - May 14 2008 : 4:55:06 PM I don't think I have either, Julie. I checked. I thought I had a rubber button, but I think it was just faded and soft. It's from my Great Aunt Hazel's collection. I'll keep searching. I'm anxious to see the china button though!

Posted - May 14 2008 : 1:56:16 PM I am right in the middle of sorting out my buttons. Haven't some across a china one or a rubber one, but I will keep my eye peeled for you. A lady in the next town over has a shop with a lot of old buttons. I'll peek in there the next time I'm in town. I'll do it tomorrow, I love an excuse to get a look inside that store...Karin
