Lace edging/binding and elastic Vintage buttons (these are great!) Hand-embroidered things (not sure what to call them!) Vintage doilies I've got tons and tons of this stuff and can add more pictures as I take them. And I'm willing to barter for other stuff too...I love fabric, old baskets, handy crafts made by farmgirls, etc.....
