hi ladies. Please keep in mind that when you sign up to do a swap please keep your word and send them out. I really feel bad when i get e-mails of girls not getting anything.

Michelle, I received my potholders in the mail last night when I got home. I LOVE THEM!!! They are wonderful, halloween themed potholders!! When I cleaned up the kitchen last night I laid them out on the counter so I could look at them!!

I also loved the adorable halloween tags and the yummy recipes you included. Thank you sooooo much Michelle!!!

I got my pot holders and was so surprised! I just kept pulling them out of the package. She included four of them! I have used them and the BF just loves the one.

Victoria,
I'm glad they got there safely. The quilt retreat was great but yesterday it was 'back to the real world' for me. It's so sad when work gets in the way.

I am attempting my first photo posting. I wanted to show off the potholders that Marcia sent me.

And the ones I made for Marcia (my first potholders)

Victoria,
Your potholders are in the mail!! Sent today. I hope you like them. I think they turned out very cute. The ones you sent me are wonderful by the way. 'Specially the birdhouse one.

The canning is finished for the week, for me at least. We worked one pears today but they weren't all ripe. The girls will just have to muddle along without me and I know they can do it. I'm off to a quilt retreat tomorrow and won't be home until Sunday. Thank God! I need it.

Sue,
I can't believe it took so long to get there I put them in the mail on the 20 of August. It took 25 days to get to you. I thought for sure that they were lost.So I started some new tonight. But I will just keep these and wait for the next swap.

I am glad you got them and liked them.

Way to go Brenda! I was fine until I had to put the trim on it. I think they turned out ok I haven't heard from Marcia yet to find out if she likes them. Does anyone else get that sick feeling when you send someone something. Thinking "what if it does not look as good as I think it does?"
