Yes, a dolly dressed up for Christmas would be good! There are so many nice fabrics that would make great little dresses for a dolly. She could have mistletoe in her hair, or holding a wrapped present, things like that are festive.
I have been wanting to make a Mrs. Santa Clause. She wears a long velvet dress and white bloomers. I made one with plastic canvas one time and loved it.

I still want to do a Christmas dolly swap. I think we would have enough people who wanted to join in one with the Christmas theme...whatever way ya want to make it...Santa, Mrs. Santa, elves, or any kind of Christmas theme dolly.

Linda, I am so glad you like your new doll. I had a lot of fun making her and dressing her.
My husband and I were in your neck of the woods today. We took a mini vacation for our 5th annv. up to Mt. Airy Poconos on Wednesday night. Then today, before we came home, we went to Steam Town. My husband loves his trains. We had breakfast at a small cafe. I believe it was called Mama's Kitchen. I always forget that PA does not have Tylor Ham (pork-roll). Thats a Jersey think.
