Would someone be willing to barter their jelly ( just one jar) for something of value to them? I have stated that I am moving, and the place that I'm moving into is much smaller of course, I have sent 15 huge boxes of stuff to the thrift already, still have a garage full, and have a huge amount of items here. I would like to make dandilion jelly myself but just didn't have the time this year. I would like to try both the violet and the dandilion to see if I would want to make it next year.

Jenny thank you for the jelly it arrived Saturday, just when I was going off to the market for groceries. Have'nt tried it just yet, but I am really enjoying the beautiful color sitting on my counter. Looks like sunshine in a jar. Thank you and please let me know what you are looking for... have so much stuff and a very limited space to put it, would much rather send on to a farmgirl then to the thrift.

Dandelion jelly tastes a little like lemon...a little like honey. For sure sweet and very good on toast or bisquits! I just got some of Micheles' corn cob jelly and it is very good too!

I have never heard od dandilion jelly...is it sweet like grape jelly, or more sour like the mint jelly you use with lamb? Can I eat it on toeat? What about the corn cob jelly? I'd love the recipe for that as my SIL has about 600 acres of corn. Thanks girls. I'm a city kid who was raised up with a little country. I love tomato jelly. Joey

I am still very much wanting to sample a jar of violet, dandylion and cob jelly. Have been very busy at "my" three houses due to move and upcomin sales of moms home.. I hope to enjoy some of this summer soon, cause I am ready to run away and never return. Trying to put aside some great stuff for the jelly making gals, and I also would be open to exchange some money.

I have a pint of violet jelly left from this year (I shared most of it with my neighbors since I am new here I wanted an excuse to meet them!). I'm going to be making more jellies as things ripen up here. I have to call and check on the strawberries, the ones in the garden are ripening so I'm sure they are ripening out at the pickin' patch! :)
