This is a glass my mother in law just loves. She only has two, and has been scouring the internet for more. She has no idea who makes it, and no idea of the pattern name. There's no information on the glass itself, either. I'd love to purchase some more of these for her as a Christmas gift. Any info would be appreciated!

It's beyond cool how this worked out for Megan, isn't it? Wow. Just thought I'd mention that the eBay glasses are described as "cut glass" but I think they are pressed glass. If they are from the 1950s or before, they might have a lot of lead content. They sure are pretty, though. They remind me a little bit of a style we used to call "buttermilk glasses." |

Wow! Tall DH just found 2 more short glasses on the top shelf. I'll be able to stay home tomorrow. So, will pack them up to mail. Yay!

judith-no-i meant that the ones at dollar tree right now are libbey--they have the diamond crosshatch across the top but not the beautiful sides!the glass pictured probly is anchor hocking! sorry-lots of times i think in shorthand!

Could be Libbey. I don't see a mark on the glass. And, I don't remember where I picked them up years ago. However, they are nice and heavy.

Karla, you won't believe this..I have 4 of the size pictured, and 2 of the "on the rocks" or 8oz. in my cupboard. e-mail me your address, and I will send them to you. I bought them for myself years ago, and this is what I have left. Just bought a new set of glasses. They probably are Anchor Hocking.

It looks like one of the first Anchor Hocking sets but I can't be sure. I will keep my eyes open!
