We are finally getting our own farm  ...and a house 1/3 the size of this one 
Needless to say I have a lot of downsizing to do yet.
I found these crafty type items while sorting. Ashamedly, most are still new in the package from the store. I would love to barter for heirloom seeds, teas or other edibles, whatever you think might be fun.
1) Transfers Unlimited - stuff to take images from photos, prints, or magazines and put them on clothes, wood, or other items. See a description here:

2) The Ultimate Fabric Painter - air powered tool for painting clothes with fabric paint, see description here:

3) Beads-2-Fuse - pack of beads to use with Steam-a-seam fusing to create beaded clothing & other items.
4) Sun printing kit - I used this once with my daughter so the scrap of muslin is missing from the kit. However, all of the bottles of paint are still nearly full. Paint on fabric or paper, lay items on top to silhoutte, and expose to sunlight to create a "print" on the fabric.
