Does anyone have the premier issue of Mary Engelbreit's Home Companion magazine for sale or to barter? I own the entire collection except for Issue #1 and cannot find it anywhere. I would appreciate any farmgirls keeping their eyes open for it at yard or estate sales! Dianne in the Hudson Valley

I have all the issue BUT I only kept the paper dolls/drawings and selected article (due to space and moving). I had to purge.

They might bring back the magazine if there are more readers.

You can go to her website.

Copy and paste

and add your name. So if the publisher sees that there are plenty of readers...maybe they will bring it back. Just for your information.

Tammy and Peggy, Thank you so much! I recently received an email from Mary Engelbreit's website asking me to reply that I wanted to see the magazine back in circulation. If you go on her website maybe you, too, could respond. THOUSANDS of women have! Tammy C, I will email you to "barter". Dianne

By the way Dianne, I think that was the best magazine ever...I was so upset when they cancelled it@ I think I have every copy and now you have made me want to read them all once again :)

I have it...just have to find it...what might you have to barter?

Dianne...good for you for saving those. I could kick myself for not having saved her first couple of years. I have just 2 or 3 of the
early magazine. They were the best! I will keep my eye peeled when I am out at the Antique Stores and stuff...but hopefully someone on MJF will have a copy they would be willing to barter for.

blessings,
peggy
