Does anyone have the premier issue of Mary Engelbreit's Home Companion magazine for sale or to barter? I own the entire collection except for Issue #1 and cannot find it anywhere. I would appreciate any farmgirls keeping their eyes open for it at yard or estate sales! Dianne in the Hudson Valley

I have all the issue BUT I only kept the paper dolls/drawings and selected article (due to space and moving). I had to purge.
They might bring back the magazine if there are more readers.

and add your name. So if the publisher sees that there are plenty of readers...maybe they will bring it back. Just for your information. |

By the way Dianne, I think that was the best magazine ever...I was so upset when they cancelled it@ I think I have every copy and now you have made me want to read them all once again :)

Dianne...good for you for saving those. I could kick myself for not having saved her first couple of years. I have just 2 or 3 of the
early magazine. They were the best! I will keep my eye peeled when I am out at the Antique Stores and stuff...but hopefully someone on MJF will have a copy they would be willing to barter for.
