I have " Beef: The Untold Story of How Milk, Meat, and Muscle Shaped the World" by Andrew Rimas and Evan D. G. Frasier. I would like to trade it for either "Dare to Repair" by Julie Sussman and Stephanie Glakastenet or "Roots Demystified" by Robert Kourik. My copy of Beef is in excellent condition!
