I would like to create a play "dress up" box for my 2 year old granddaughter for Christmas. I have lots of books I could use to barter with - just let me know your interest and I probably have a book for you! Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.

Thrift stores are a great place to find stuff - old purses, fun hats, dresses, wigs etc.

I may still have our bag of dress up jewelry. I'll take a look. I had other things but think they're gone now. As my girls are now 14 & 11. :(

Starletta, I'm not sure how you feel about this, but I bought a lot of my 3 year old's dress up stuff at Goodwill and other thrift. Especially right now when Halloween costumes, hats and the like are in those stores in abundance. She has countless fairy wings, fancy ballet costumes, etc...that I bought for $2.00 at the most. Even dress up shoes. It's a good way to stock it full with little to no cost, and you can wash it all on a cold/gentle cycle.
