The Top 10 Lyme Disease Treatments by Bryan Rosner Email me your address. Also, check out the blog Water with Lyme and the Facebook groups for Lyme disease and recipes and diets. I can give you those links in the email. One very important thing I learned was drink lots of water daily. Lyme can't grow in water. It makes you think you are not thirsty, so you have to force yourself to drink. When I get up I drink 16 oz. of water and then try to drink 8 oz. every hour. I use a pitcher so I know how much I'm drinking. I fill it up that morning and that helps me see how I am doing. Check out my blog posts on my journey with Lyme.
