I have All Purpose Herbal Salves, Handcrafted Herbal Soaps, and other herbal products, Chard, Pacific Sweet Meat, Bronze Fennel Seeds available to barter. Thanks!

Posted - Nov 28 2012 : 12:54:42 PM Thanks Kristine, I do like fennel in my spaghetti sauces and soups...I like to cook the fennel bulb with onion and tomatoes and basil, that is really good too.
Was I sending you any yarn? I kind of lost this topic so if I did promise you some let me know. Or did I send you some.? I know I was sending some to someone else also. Please let me know.
Thanks darlene

Posted - Oct 10 2012 : 10:14:08 PM I am just starting my knitting journey and have a few sizes of knitting needles:(6, 13, 10 1/2, circulars 6, 8, 11), gauge, package markers & gauge via Emmsmommy5. Thanks Angie!!! She even looked at my mixed up project and answered my stupid questions. With her help I am now reading & knitting a shawl http://pinterest.com/pin/167336942375905392/ Now I have knitted about 4" of the pattern.
So that's where I'm setting with knitting supplies. You gals probably know better than I what I need. As for yarn I love medium tone colors, no black. Fiber; I love any natural fibers and soft wools and blends. I just made my first pair of sleeves (like fingerless gloves) out of WoolEase & my DH put them on and is using them driving to & from work...happily.
Darlene, Bronze fennel seeds can be planted to make a gorgeous plant that grows about 3 to 4 feet and look wonderful in a herb or flower garden. It attracts bees, great added to Italian & Indian foods, makes wonderful tea, aid digestion and fluctuation. Snips of feathery leaves are great added to green salads too.
Thanks!
