In thinning our iris bed out today we have found a couple hundred dark purple irises that are in need of new homes.

Let me know if you have something to trade. I do work on the badges and still need the fencing for the chandelier as well as some of the books the badges have you read. Soap people I am always interested in trying something new. Just let me know if you have something to share for some irises and how many irises you would like.

Thanks for thinking about planting some irises.

Hello
I would love some Iris if there are any left. I work in antique and vintage textiles.
Please take a look at my Etsy shop and see if anything interest you.
My shop has been in both Food and Wine Magazine and Victoria Magazine. I am also willing to barter
uncut textiles like vintage handtowels with orig. monograms from France and Gremany and hand woven linen.
Thank you

Suzanne

I have honey to barter. Would love to give some irises a home. How much honey would you like?

Don't be sorry that it's over... Be glad that it happened.

Ok ladies, the irises haven't gone anywhere. I just haven't been online that much. My family and friends have been getting a lot of attention this passed few weeks. as for the last two ladies, if you are still interested the greenery usually grows to about my knee and the flowers are taller than that. I love gardening both flowers and veggies. I also enjoy canning and crochet. I also have two little gitls, 3 and 5 so books or crafts or education stuff for them is always fun too. Let me know if you are interested.

Oh my goodness, I would KILL for some of your irises! What can I dig up for you (literally or figuratively) in exchange?
ZenGoddess Posted - Nov 29 2012 : 7:09:41 PM
How tall do they grow?

They are in a pile on the side of my driveway, definitely exposed to the elements but as most irises seem to live half buried in the ground I would guess they are still fine. I can fit around 25-30 in a medium flat rate box which is definitely the cheapest way to ship since they are fairly heavy. If you need more I can probably send more, the ladies that took some before seemed to think that would be enough for them. Do you have something to trade?
