Posted - Feb 20 2013 : 07:57:58 AM I scorched mine really badly and would like to replace it. I'm looking for the old Revere Ware with copper clad bottom that is made in the USA, Clinton, Ill. I don't want the newer lightweight pots made in China.
I will happily pay the postage and pay for the pot or I have seeds I can trade or ??? |

Posted - Feb 22 2013 : 3:08:12 PM I have one but my hubby will NOT part with it. He does most of the cooking these days and LOVES his copper bottom pans. CJ

Posted - Feb 21 2013 : 05:30:58 AM Hi, Carole. My mom had those old pans. I remember because I had to shine the bottoms every time I did dishes. As she got older she would scorch them sometimes. DH used a round wire brush on an electric drill to shine it up. They looked like new. (Just in case you don't find a replacement.) Also, I had the child's set of pots and pans and tea kettle as a kid.
