I have tons of allergies and dr wants me to try goats milk. Anyone have recipes they would share using goats milk? This could be any recipe using goats milk.

I would trade for some recipes I have that are just good recipes or I do have some unusual ones like pickled garlic, dilly green beans, rhubarb/mullberry jam, best hot fudge recipe, easy chocolate mousse, etc.

You can pretty much substitute goats milk for cows milk in any recipe unless it specifically calls for skim. If you are having trouble with taste, try to find a local farmer to buy milk from, it changes taste after about a week which makes it tricky to buy from the store. It should taste like whole cows milk fresh. Hope that helps

www.everything-goat-milk.com/goat-milk-recipes.html#8206;, www.backwoodshome.com/articles2/clay92.html#8206;. Found these sites - I have no idea about them - nor using goats milk - but thought you might check them out.
