Posted - May 28 2013 : 8:34:20 PM I have tons of allergies and dr wants me to try goats milk. Anyone have recipes they would share using goats milk? This could be any recipe using goats milk.
I would trade for some recipes I have that are just good recipes or I do have some unusual ones like pickled garlic, dilly green beans, rhubarb/mullberry jam, best hot fudge recipe, easy chocolate mousse, etc. |

Posted - May 29 2013 : 6:33:24 PM You can pretty much substitute goats milk for cows milk in any recipe unless it specifically calls for skim. If you are having trouble with taste, try to find a local farmer to buy milk from, it changes taste after about a week which makes it tricky to buy from the store. It should taste like whole cows milk fresh. Hope that helps
