As some of you may know, I moved to NH from NY in November, 2004. Embrassingly enought, while in the midst of spring cleaning today, I discovered a pair of Birkenstock shoes that I wore only twice. They're still in their original box. They were bought from LL Bean YEARS ago. The style is "Bonn", the color is Dark Brown Suede (the box says Nubuck), the size 39 (I wear a size 8 shoe). Now I bought these years back, and for some reason, I found them uncomfortable! I honestly don't remember bringing these shoes with me from NY! I don't know whether the "Bonn" are made anymore, I looked on the website and the ones I have most resemble the "Tokoyo" style.

Is anyone interested in a trade? I am really wanting an apron style I saw in the last issue of MJ magazine, page 91. I need something that would cover me entirely, I am the messiest cook ever!
Anyone interested please let me know, if there are no aprons available, I would be happy just to send them off to a good home. I feel so wasteful having perfectly good shoes that I can't wear and someone else can.
By the way, the shoes have no odor and they will come in the box I bought them in (I still can't believe that I schlep these over from NY!)

Thanks Jeanette! Just got my stitches out today, but can't sew yet, it may be a while before I can get that apron to ya. |

The Birks were sent today, I was told you should receive them either Thursday or Friday of this week.

Way cool! Email me with your address. I'll be going back to NYC for a few days next week, so I would like to mail them off tomorrow before I leave NH. I've had these bad boys in the house for WAY too long and would like to ease my guilty conscience. You can make me the apron whenever. I just like it to cover me all over and with big pockets!
