Hello! I am starting a chapter for my area (since the one near me never replied back and doesn't seem to be active), but I am having trouble. i filled out the info and then was given a link to download a starter kit. I downloaded it but when I click on it to open the files, it says I can't open it. Can someone email me a link or help please? Thank you!

I would start your own post since it's a different subject. :) Try right clicking and hitting unzip after you download the file?

I am a new Sister, I registered to start a chapter in my area. Was given a link to download the chapter info, did that. When I try to open the file it tells me It is a Zip File and I must open it on a computer?

Kiersten, I would send him another e-mail. He's really great at getting back to people but sometimes, as I'm sure you know, stuff gets lost in the shuffle!

I was able to open the files with the help of Brian but emailed him another question and never heard back from him. This was two weeks ago!

I did. I downloaded the newest version and it still didn't work. I finally got it to work though. I went on another device and transferred the documents to an online document storage. Then I brought them back up on my tablet and was able to view them.
