Posted - Jul 08 2007 : 10:17:54 AM My daughter (age 9) and I are new to this site just getting a chance to look around. We love what we have seen so far. We live in West Virginia on a farm. I was raised on a farm and wouldn't have any other way of life. We have chickens, 1 duck, dogs, cats, 1 goat, horses and rabbits outside inside we have two birds. I can a lot of our food and I hope to pass that down to my kids (also have a son, 16). I work full time as a paramedic. We hope to meet friends from all over. So for now a BIG Hello from West Virginia

Posted - Jul 10 2007 : 8:37:01 PM I must say that I am so glad to see all the welcomes. Today was a long, long day. I worked a 12 hour shift that seem to last 36. It was so hot yesterday and today. Then finally more much needed rain. Made the long hot of the day worthwhile. Again thanks for the very warm welcome. |
