Posted - Sep 08 2007 : 12:07:39 AM Hello to everyone! I've been checking out the site for a while and reading the magazines, books, etc., but couldn't get up the nerve to "chat" myself. However, I've finally decided to take the plunge and move daughter (11), myself, and the animals to Eastern Washington next year (we have family in Spokane and CDA). Everyone on the site seems so warm and friendly, I figured I'd say howdy; and maybe along the way make some new friends. I've always lived in the city; but my mother hails from dairy country (upstate New York), and I was the only kid I knew who had a back yard with no lawn (we needed room for the garden), a chicken coop, and several rabbit hutches. Where we live now, most of those things are restricted, so we're pulling up stakes, and heading for greener pastures...Anyway, my name is Audrina, and I'm glad to meet ya'll. |
