Posted - Oct 16 2007 : 3:28:37 PM Awww, gosh, thanks everyone! And thanks for the words of support about the immigration. Thanks to a postal strike here in the UK, some of the paperwork that I sent him got delayed, but it's all there now and he's submitting it tomorrow. Fingers crossed I'll be back there by the spring :)

Posted - Oct 15 2007 : 07:48:18 AM Hi Nin! I'm new here as well. It seems we have a bit in common. My husband is from Sweden originally. He and I married and had to live apart awhile before he moved here and became a permanent resident. I can relate to some of the things you wrote about in your blog. I hope your immigration process is a fast one. Take care and nice to 'meet' you. |

Welcome to the forum! We always love meeting new farmgirls! I went to your blog and you seem to have such an interesting life! You take wonderful pictures! Where will you and your husband live when you come to the United States? I am sure you will be able to make farmgirl friends where ever you go. Hopefully we can be a second family for you so the States feel a little more like home!
I have a friend here that is from England too! Her family lives around Devon. She just got married this year and her family got to come visit!
