Howdy everyone!

My name is Kim and I hail from the sunshiney, and right now depressingly drought plagued state of South Carolina! I'm 22, soon to be 23, and I live at home with my parents, two brothers, three dogs and 5 cats. I'm not technically a farm girl yet but I still have the dream! I'm not currently employed so I make myself useful around the house while taking care of my family. I enjoy reading Christian fiction, doing needlework and crafts of all sorts, listening to music and making messes in the kitchen trying out new recipes! I hope to make all kinds of new friends!

Blessings to all!
Kim

The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies. -Psalm 18:1-3

Hi, Kim. Welcome from a Kentucky farmgirl. I sympathize about the drought. We've been over ten inches below the norm, but I've been hearing on the news that your problem is worse than ours.

Welcome Kimmy you sure are gonna make a lot of new friends here. You may be interested in seeing if there is a farm girl chapter near by that you could join and get involved in farmgirl fun with.
Glad that you joined and I hope that all of you folks in the drought get rain real soon.

Wishing you joy in small things and peace in your heart
